Hospitality expert , entrepreneur and Chef Raminder Bakshi is the founder and leading advisor , developer and deft-risk mitigator at The Art Cuiinnaire. Mr. Bakshi, has more than 27 years of experience in the Hospitality and F&B industry. His decisive leadership qualities, expertise and passion for his art have helped him in
setting up many a Food Court, Multinational QSR, Hotels, Restaurants & Resorts. Famed as “The Young Turk” from his early days, he successfully conceptualised multiple projects and created his own style in the kitchen, blending tradition with modernity in his training and experience right from his grooming days at IHM. He has been bending rules to create marvels and setting trends that others can only hope to match upto.

The years spent in Hilton Group in varied locations like Delhi, Egypt, and the Metropolitan Palace Hotel in Dubai, have for him marked a journey of culinary discovery. As a Chef Tournament at Hyatt International, he moved through the kitchens of exclusive Hyatt properties like Grand Hyatt Delhi, Hyatt Regency Delhi, gaining further expertise and training aspiring chefs in the intricate art of gourmet cooking and grooming tomorrow’s culinary leaders.

He moved on to Business Leadership in the Food and Beverage industry with Sodexho as Regional General Manager in 2004 where he was trained like an entrepreneur in India & London, thus redefining and establishing the standards followed by Sodexo today.

Being a keen planner and strategist with a track record of achieving Revenue, Profit & YOY Business Growth in startups, he has created a niche for himself in the highly competitive and ever changing environments off the Indian F&B circuit. He presents himself as a one-stop solution for all F&B related glitches, having acquired such diverse experiences in domestic as well as international markets with a fair understanding of “International Business Standards”. International markets into which he has forayed with great success and left his indelible mark include Jordon, New York, London, Melbourne, and Dubai.

At present he owns THE ART CULINNAIRE which specialises in conceptualisation and execution of restaurants / hotels / base kitchens / banquets / outdoor catering / air catering services / institutional catering / quick service restaurants and much more. TAC also provides services like upgradation and updating of operational restaurants, facility planning, and recruitment of food and beverage personnel, product development, operational setup, technical trainings to staff and retainer ship of the day-to-day running of the business.

As demonstrated by his extensive résumé, the hospitality industry is Raminder’s passion and it shows in his projects, the relationships he has with his clients and the vast amount of experience he shares with them. He knows first-hand the challenges and the joys of owning and operating a restaurant, and views his job as a partnership with his clients in their journey.
